  • Order


  • To order a personalized book, follow these simple steps:

    1. First, choose which book(s) you would like to personalize for the child(ren). You can see the full selection here.

    2. Fill in all the fields with the personalized information - including name, skin tone, hair color etc. depending on the story. Take your time to ensure everything is entered correctly.

    3. Click “Save and preview”. Check that the information entered is correct and as you would like it. If you find any errors in the information, you can go back to editing by clicking ‘Edit Information’. When everything looks good, you can click “Add book to your basket”.

    4. You will now be taken to your order basket. You can view your order overview or continue shopping, before accepting the Terms and Conditions and clicking “Go To Checkout”.

    5. The last step is entering your billing and delivery information and click “Go To Checkout” to complete your order.

    Once your order is completed, you will receive an order confirmation and invoice from us by email. Again, we encourage you to double-check all the information you have entered is correct, so that there are no errors in your book(s). Please note that there is a 1 hour pending period to make changes to your order. After this, your order will be sent to production and it will not be possible to make any changes.
  • You can find books for age groups 0-4 Years or 5-10 Years in the top left corner of the book overview page.

    If you're searching for a book with a specific number of children, you can use our "Categories" search function, located in the top right corner. You can use this to find book categories such as New Books, Important Life Events, Bestsellers and many more.
  • At My Best Book, you can order books in more than 20 different languages. If you wish to order a book in another language, click on the book you would like from our selection here.

    On the books’ page, in the top right, you can click "Change Language," where you'll be able to choose from the list of available languages. If the desired language does not appear on the list for a particular book, it means that the book has not been translated into that language.
  • We're continuously developing our concept and adapting to the wishes of our customers. Our newer books offer more personalization options than our older books. There are more hairstyles, skin tones, glasses and more available in our newer books.
  • Please check your spam folder, as your order confirmation may have landed in there. If you can't find the confirmation there, you can contact us at info@mybestbook.com.
  • Delivery


  • Our estimated delivery time is 6-8 business days. This includes the production time
  • When you order to a US address on mybestbook.com, your package is delivered by USPS. The package is delivered directly to your delivery address.

    If you wish to send your package to another country, this is possible in more than 30 different countries. These countries and the available delivery methods will appear on the page when you enter the delivery address.
  • Yes, you can choose a different delivery address and the parcel will be sent directly to the lucky recipient's home.
  • If you have ordered more than four books, we will split your order into multiple shipments. This is done to ensure your books arrive in perfect condition.

    If your order includes both books and posters, it will be divided into multiple shipments to best protect the products during delivery. If your order is divided into several shipments, you will receive separate Track & Trace numbers, which can be tracked individually. You will only be charged for one shipping fee, not the amount of packages sent.
  • Payment & Vouchers


  • If you want to use a gift voucher or discount code, enter it in the shopping basket as follows:

    1. Go to your basket and click on "Add Discount Code" under the order summary.
    2. Enter your discount code in the white field and click "Apply Code.”
  • All order information is sent exclusively to the email address provided during the ordering process. No physical invoice/receipt is sent with your order.
  • Claims


  • If you discover an error in either the text or illustrations, you are always welcome to contact our customer service at info@mybestbook.com. We can help to determine why the error occurred and then find a suitable solution.
  • If unfortunate circumstances arise and your package is damaged, we will naturally assist with filing a claim. Please contact us at info@mybestbook.com and remember to provide your order number and attach pictures of the damage.
  • Wrapping


  • Yes, you can add gift wrapping when placing your order, allowing you to send a lovely gift directly to the child's home. During the Christmas period, you can also select our festive gift-wrapping option. The invoice and other order details are sent via email.
  • Other


  • With My Best Book, good stories go hand in hand with respect for the environment. That's why our products are Nordic Swan Eco-Labelled and FSC certified. This means that we meet high environmental standards and guarantee that the paper comes from responsibly managed forests. Our website is carbon neutral, where CO2 emissions caused by the website are offset by investing in climate projects and green energy. In addition, every product is custom made, with no batch printing, resulting in minimal waste.
